I have a business I work in the evenings. My family is always bummed when I have to go to work and they feel sorry for me if I worked all day too. I enjoy the time away so much – driving with music blaring and the work I do is fun – I don’t feel guilty about going – EVER. It revitalizes me.

Food. I am on a diet, but it’s just counting calories and exercise, so I can eat whatever I want as long as I keep within my calorie limit. I snack on unhealthy, sugary, chocolatey foods. I just made chocolate cake today – it was GOOD!!!

The cool thing is that even when I eat all the wrong foods, I’m still losing weight. I’m afraid that some day it will come back and bite me with something like diabetes or heart disease, but I don’t eat bad all the time.

My guilty pleasure is reading. I get so engrossed in the character’s lives that I don’t want to leave. It’s like leaving this world and living in another. It’s escaping myself and my drab life.

I do crosswords n sudoku puzzles every nite for more than 3hrs. It keeps me using my brain, because i often ‘left it behind’ when i get around my 3yr old son.

Movies. I could sit on the couch and watch movies all day long, totally neglecting housework and my kids’ needs (though I try not to do that very often!).
