Oh. This is an easy one. A man. As a high school teacher, I do not think a woman should be running a high school. I just don’t think she can deal with the discipline needed with teenage males in today’s society. They need a firm male they can respect and fear at the same time.

I think it really depends on their personality. I have had a few male bosses in the past who were very sexual in their conduct and talk. And I have had a few women bosses who were great and others who looked at the people beneath them as competition – both personally and professionally.

It all depends on their work ethic, personnality and supervising skills. I don’t like micromanagers of any sex.

I think men are. It’s been easy for me to figure out how to make things work when I have a male boss. Women are harder because, I think, they’re just as analytical and hard to figure out.

Men…they don’t get all caught up in emotions or reading into things that just simply aren’t there. They also don’t feel the intense need to try and push their supposed superiority onto others. That’s been my personal experience anyway.

I agree with Miss D.C. it all boils down to their personality. I’ve work under Three different female principals each had their own personality. However, they had something in common. They did not like being challenge its always my way or the highway. As a man I would rather work with a male supervisor.

I would rather work for or with 100 men than one woman. Men are so much more logical and practical. Women feel challenged and it is all about competition and not working as a team and/or for the betterment of the company. It really is a shame.
